Tottenham skipper Ledley King isn't losing sleep over his contract situation.

King insisted his focus isn't on playing the 20 games this season that would earn him a new contract at White Hart Lane. The 31-year-old has featured in seven Premier League matches so far this season.

"I always go out to play as many games as I can," the 31-year-old said. "I don't like talking too much about what's going to happen but I feel OK.

"I just want to keep doing the right things and put myself in a position to play in the next game. Hopefully I can keep grinding out the games and get stronger as I go along."
