Tottenham have turned down a loan offer from Paris Saint Germain for Dele Alli.
The Parisian club was hoping to secure Alli as a backup attacking midfielder for this season.
However, a £1.5 million loan bid has been turned down by Spurs, according to The Guardian.
It appears manager Jose Mourinho is willing to give Alli more chances this season, even though he has been frozen out of the first team for now.
Spurs are close to signing Carlos Vinicius from Benfica on an initial loan.
