Tottenham have received a huge boost in their quest to sign AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie.

The all-action central midfielder is not planning to sign a new deal with the Italian giants.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Kessie's agents are no longer negotiating with Milan, and he is leaving when his contract expires at the end of the term.

Spurs are very eager to add Kessie, with manager Antonio Conte very familiar with the player from his own time in Serie A.

Kessie is likely to wait until the season concludes before finalizing his future.
