Tottenham Hotspur are preparing a big-money bid for Schalke's Max Meyer.

Reports in Germany suggest that Spurs are readying an offer of £38million for the 20-year-old attacking midfielder.

The North Londoners are also being linked with Newcastle United's Moussa Sissoko and Real Madrid's Isco but Bild is of the belief that Meyer is the man they are now turning to.

The highly-rated German has also been linked with Arsenal and Liverpool but Mauricio Pochettino appears to be keen on luring him to White Hart Lane.
