Tottenham have put eight players up for sale this summer.
The Daily Mail says fullbacks Danny Rose and Kieran Trippier among the most high-profile of them.
While many of those names may come as no shock, some Spurs fans are likely to be somewhat surprised to hear that Rose and Trippier are seen as expendable.
It is unlikely that Tottenham would let both fullbacks and Aurier, who plays in the same position, go in the same window, so it may be a case of seeing which player they can get better value for.
The club are keen to shift some of the deadwood so that they can continue bringing in new signings.
Jack Clarke and Tanguy Ndombele joined this week, although Clarke will be returning immediately to Leeds on a season-long loan.
