Tottenham are preparing a swap offer for Juventus fullback Alex Sandro.

TMW says Spurs boss Jose Mourinho is searching for reinforcements in Italy and his club are offering Maurizio Sarri's side Serge Aurier plus cash for the services of Sandro.

Juventus' asking price for the Brazilian is £44million (€50m), but they are hoping to lower the cost by offering the Ivorian as part of an exchange deal.

Sandro, 29, has made 31 appearances for the Serie A leaders this season, in which he has contributed four assists for the club.

The news arrives as French sources insist Mourinho wants to keep Aurier and hand him a new contract.
