Tottenham are chasing Mexican whizkid Antonio Pedroza.
The London Evening Standard says Spurs are understood to be interested in forward Pedroza, 20, who plays for Jaguares in Mexico but was born in Chester.
Pedroza still qualifies for England and has made his Copa Libertadores debut with Jaguares.
The youngster is also interesting Arsenal.
