Tottenham players have dubbed manager Mauricio Pochettino "Big Brother" as he watches training via CCTV cameras.

Pochettino likes to analyse his stars on screen, so his players have come up with the joke nickname, says The Sun.

The Argentine now monitors training from inside Tottenham's plush Enfield training complex.

Poch has become somewhat isolated from his players this term after a string of incidents.

He was previously a visible figure but has stepped back as he searches for a solution to Spurs' dire run.
