Tottenham are planning a £2 million bid for Chelsea defender Jack Cork.
The News of the World says the 19-year-old has failed to make an impact at Stamford Bridge and is on loan at Watford.
Cork, the son of former Wimbledon striker Alan, can play anywhere across the back four and in a defensive midfield role.
He enjoyed a spell on loan at Bournemouth under Kevin Bond, who is now No 2 at White Hart Lane.
