Tottenham Hotspur are planning a summer swoop for Valencia flyman Carlos Soler.

ESPN report Spurs have prepared an offer of £30m to land the Spain U21 whizkid.

PSG, Manchester City and Barcelona have also shown an interest in Soler.

However, Tottenham are considered to be favourites to land the 22-year-old.

With the north London club targeting young talent, Soler has been a name at the top of Pochettino's wishlist.
