The South Korea defender, 23, is prepared to leave the Chinese giants this summer.

Xinhuanet reports Spurs have now entered negotiations with Beijing Guoan over a fee for Kim.

The Chinese Super League are willing to sell Kim for €15m.

Arsenal and Everton have been linked with the defender, though it is Spurs which are now regarded as favourites to land Kim.
