Everton are proposing a swap deal that involves Lucas Digne and Danny Rose.

Spurs want to sign Digne as they freshen up their fullback options heading into the new season.

Everton have put out their terms for Digne, which include England fullback Rose and cash in return for their Frenchman.

According to the Mirror, Everton want to keep Digne and will only agree to a sale if they get a replacement and funds on top of it from Spurs.

Everton paid Barcelona £18 million for Digne last summer and think he is worth close to double given his impressive displays last season.

Digne, who managed four goals and four assists last season, still has four years left on his Toffees contract, putting them in a great negotiating position.
