Tottenham midifelder Erik Lamela expects to join Sevilla's training camp in Portugal this week.

Marca says Lamela is counting down the minutes until he makes his move to Sevilla.

Everything has been agreed between the 29-year-old and the Andalusian club following a meeting this week, with Lamela set to sign a three-year deal which will keep him at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan until 2024.

Lamela will head to Sevilla as part of the deal that will see Bryan Gil head the other way to Tottenham in exchange for 25 million euros plus add-ons.

The Argentine winger will join up with Sevilla's pre-season training camp in Portugal when the deal is given the green light.

Lamela himself is keen on a move to Sevilla, having been told about Sevilla's unique ability to turn players' careers around.
