Tottenham midfielder Moussa Sissoko admits there's a lot of frustration about their season so far.

Spurs again struggled yesterday for their 1-1 draw with Sheffield United.

Sissoko later told RMC Sport: "We've been battling since the start of the season. Why? I don't know, because we're doing our best, but it's not enough. It was a difficult match against a good team.

"We were unable to keep the result, so we have a lot of frustration, but we need to move on. We must remain united and try to work hard and come back stronger. Every team can have difficult moments.

"We have been battling for a few weeks and this is football. What can you do? Keep working, do your best every day until everything turns out better. We know we have a good team with a lot of quality. We know we can do better and we need to do better.

"The season is still long, we are doing well in the Champions League."
