Tottenham midfielder Lucas Moura has urged Ajax signing Antony to start English language lessons.
Antony will leave Sao Paulo for Ajax this summer in a €15.75m deal - essentially as a replacement for the Chelsea-bound Hakim Ziyech.
"Antony is a good friend of mine and also a great player," Lucas told Lance.
“He's made a quick breakthrough and I'm sure he's going to be a big player in the future. My advice to him is that he should take an English course as soon as possible.
"I don't know if he's already working on that, but it's very important. Europeans attach great importance to this. It is essential that he speaks the language when he arrives at the club."
Lucas, 27, added: "He will miss his family and friends, just like everyday life in Brazil. In Europe it is cold. But he has everything to show it. He will go to a big club, probably play Champions League and has the potential to grow even more."
