Tottenham midfielder Erik Lamela insists Inter Milan's problems against PSV Eindhoven weren't always on the players' minds at Barcelona.

Spurs' 1-1 draw saw them reach the Champions League round of 16, with Inter dumped to the Europa League.

Lamela said, "I was focused on our game.

"But then when we scored I asked how the match was played in Milan, at which point the draw was needed, we knew about the 1-1 and we had to play the same way.

"Luckily this draw was enough."
