Tottenham are maintaining their pursuit of Bologna defender Takehiro Tomiyasu.

Spurs have completed the signing of Atalanta defender Cristian Romero in the last 24 hours, but also remain keen on Tomiyasu.

Sky Italia says landing Romero, won't end their interest in the Japan international.

Negotiations for Tomiyasu is set to accelerate with his commitment to Japan's Tokyo Games now complete.
