Tottenham are interested in signing Jack Grealish from Aston Villa, according to Sky Sports.

Spurs have made a £15 million offer for the highly rated midfielder, who is unlikely to stay at Villa Park given the club failed to gain promotion to the Premier League.

Selling Grealish would also give Villa some financial breathing room, given their recent woes off the pitch.

But it is unclear if Spurs offer is enough or whether Villa will demand more.

Other clubs are also interested in Grealish, including Chelsea, Fulham and Leicester City. The 22-year-old is one of the hottest properties in England right now.
