Tottenham are being linked with a late move for wantaway Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud.

The Mirror says Tottenham are interested in signing frozen-out Chelsea star Giroud, according to reports in Italy.

The Frenchman has fallen down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge, and has been linked with a move to Inter Milan.

But Spurs are light up top, with star striker Harry Kane out injured, and are ready to offer Giroud an 18-month contract.

The veteran also remains on the agenda of Inter Milan.
