Tottenham midfielder Danny Rose says there's great talent in the current England U21 setup.

Rose struck England's winner on Saturday against Euro qualifying opponents Portugal.

He told TalkSport: "The lads can again take credit for that. We've got a great squad. We've got the likes of Jack Wilshere (arsenal) not here and Danny Welbeck (Manchester United) not here.

"James Tomkins (West Ham) has gone home as well as Junior Stanislas (West Ham) but we've got lads who are good enough to stand in and we're unbeaten but that doesn't count for anything unless we come home in a couple years time with that trophy from Denmark."
