Tottenham interim boss Ryan Mason is unsure if Harry Kane will be fit for the Carabao Cup Final against Manchester City.
Spurs will attempt to end their 13-year trophy drought at Wembley on Sunday against the backdrop of a dramatic week that has included the sacking of Jose Mourinho and the controversial announcement of a new European Super League.
Mason - appointed as Mourinho's temporary successor until the end of the season on Tuesday - is also uncertain at this stage if the influential striker will be recovered in time to face City.
“I'm not sure currently, he didn't train today," Mason told reporters.
“It's a case of taking it day by day. We're not sure about the weekend just yet but what we do know is Harry's working hard to get over this injury."
