Tottenham interim boss Ryan Mason says he has not spoken with left back Danny Rose.
The 29-year-old is in charge of Spurs for the rest of the season following the departure of Jose Mourinho, who was sacked on Monday.
Mason is ready to welcome some players into the fold, who were not playing regularly under Mourinho.
But he says he has yet to speak with Rose, who is frozen out of the first team picture at the moment.
"I haven't spoken to Danny personally. He's injured at the moment and also I'm pretty sure he can't play in the Premier League," Mason said.
"He's not been included in the Premier League squad so that's something to be honest I've not really thought about.
"My main priority at the moment has been the players that are fit, the group that are over there trying to prepare as best possible for the game tomorrow because it's been such a short turnaround that there's not been much time for anything."
