Hamburg are fielding interest from Tottenham for Jann-Fiete Arp.
The exciting teenage striker is rated among the best young players in Europe and has been tracked by major clubs since the U17 World Cup.
Arp is a favourite of Spurs chiefs and contact has been made with Hamburg to register their interest.
BILD says Spurs are willing to offer €10m for the striker, but they will face competition.
RB Leipzig are also interested, with Arp considered as a replacement for Timo Wener.
