Tottenham hope to offload Janssen to Real Betis

Tottenham Hotspur are hoping to do a deal with Real Betis for Vincent Janssen.

The unwanted attacker has still not attracted concrete interest, but Spurs are hoping a deal can be done.

It is believed Spurs putting a £12 million price tag on the player is scaring away bidders.

And the Evening Standard suggests Betis want to sign the Dutchman.

The report claim Spurs will attempt to use that money to sign a midfielder.

One name being mentioned is 22-year-old Carlos Soler from Valencia.

Adrien Rabiot is also a possibility, but that would be a possible free transfer in the summer, not a winter move.
