Tottenham hero Erik Thorstvedt admits he's frustrated watching Jose Mourinho's team at the moment.
Despite victory over Everton last night, Thorstvedt feels Mourinho needs to find a consistent pattern of play for his team.
Asked if Mourinho is the right man, he told VG: "It remains to be seen. In any case, we cannot hire managers on time and out of time.
"The question is, of course, whether he has gone out of date compared to the stable, good managers like (Jurgen) Klopp and (Pep) Guardiola, but they also have better players available.
"It's hard to argue against all the trophies Mourinho has in his closet. But I would like to see a clear way to play. That is what gives the best results in the long run."
The former goalkeeper also said, "I feel that Mourinho is pragmatic, trying to take every fight as it comes. He plays from the opponent. So far, it is difficult to see what they are trying to achieve. Some games they play perfectly ok, other games are a fight."
