Tottenham youngster Japhet Tanganga managed to get some much-needed minutes under his belt on Friday.

Spurs took on Motherwell in a behind-closed-doors friendly match as they continue to prepare for the resumption of club football.

Tanganga, who has not been a regular under boss Antonio Conte, may be wondering if his future is away from the club.

However, he did get to play for a significant portion of the game, as Spurs ran out 4-0 winners.

Djed Spence, Yves Bissouma, Dejan Kulusevski and Oliver Skipp were also involved in the game.
