Tottenham fullback Danny Rose admits that he cannot wait to retire from football.
The left-back believes that among other issues, the attitude of authorities towards racism is a major reason why he does not want to spend too much longer playing the game.
Rose is upset at the lack of punishments given out to fans or organisations on the back of racist incidents at stadiums.
The most recent incident involved racist abuse towards black English players in Montenegro during a Euro 2020 qualifier.
He said to reporters: "When countries get fined what I probably spend on a night out in London what do you expect?
"How I programme myself is that I think I've got five or six more years left in football, and I just can't wait to see the back of it.
"Seeing how things are done in the game at the minute, you just have to get on with it.
"There is so much politics in football. I can't wait to see the back of it."
