Tottenham forward Kane after securing second golden boot: I want to get to the 100 club

Tottenham Hotspur superstar Harry Kane has stated his ambition to reach 100 Premier League goals next season.

Harry Kane has proven himself to be an absolute goal machine over the last three seasons and the 23-year-old's record for Tottenham in the Premier League is outstanding, having netted 78 times in just 113 appearances.

Kane's appetite for goals simply cannot be satisfied though and the England international has now stated his ambition to reach 100 Premier League goals by the end of next season, which means that he needs to find the back of the net at least 22 times.

The striker said: "I said to someone the other day it would be great if I can get to that 100 club by the end of next season. The biggest thing I'm proud of is that I had two big injuries and was out for 11 weeks so to still be there at the top of the Premier League and to score 30-plus goals [in all competitions] is a big achievement."
