Tottenham are eyeing Real Madrid ace Isco as a replacement for Christian Eriksen.
ESPN says Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino will target the 27-year-old playmaker if Eriksen decides against renewing his contract.
The Denmark international, also 27, has been offered a new five-year deal worth £60million to stay in North London.
But Eriksen is believed to be keen on a fresh challenge after entering his seventh season at Spurs.
Reports say Spurs have already sought out Sporting Lisbon's £65million-rated Bruno Fernandes as a replacement.
But it has now been claimed Pochettino will instead move for Isco, who has scored 35 goals in 187 games for Madrid, should the Spaniard be available.
