Tottenham are due a tidy windfall from the sale of Lewis Holtby to Hamburg.

The Daily Star says they will bank £5m by selling Holtby to Hamburg due to a bizarre clause in his loan deal.

Hamburg will have to come up with the cash after Holtby triggered a clause which forces them to buy him by making three appearances on loan.

But they won't have to pay up until next summer after running out of cash.
