West Bromwich Albion are set to soon complete the signing of Federico Fazio from Tottenham.

The Argentine defender is undergoing a medical with the Baggies this Friday morning ahead of a reported £5million move to The Hawthorns.

Fazio, 28, only joined Spurs from Sevilla last season but Mauricio Pochettino is prepared to part with his services which will see the North Londoners lose £3m on their investment.

Tony Pulis has been in pursuit of a new central defender for much of the summer and it appears as though they are set to land one of their targets.
