Tottenham defender Toby Alderweireld does not believe that a lack of experience is a problem in the Champions League final.

While the Reds have the history of being in the final last season, when they lost to Real Madrid, it is a new feeling for most Spurs players.

Yet Alderweireld believes there is more than enough quality in the team to overcome any differences in experience.

"I think we have quite a mature group so I don't have to talk too much, but I think just to stay calm and do the normal things," he said to reporters ahead of the game on Saturday.

"A lot of players have played in really big games, World Cups and stuff like this, so we know what to do.

"Of course, the tension will get more as the week goes on but we have the maturity in our group and that is not a problem."
