Bordeaux defender Michael Ciani is interesting Tottenham.
French media sources say Spurs and Fenerbahce are interested in the stylish defender.
Both clubs have been in contact with Bordeaux about a possible January swoop for the 26-year-old.
But club president Jean-Louis Triaud insists they will not let France international Ciani leave for less than £7m.
