Tottenham have confirmed Oliver Skipp will set out the rest of the season.
The Englishman, who signed a long-term contract extension last week, has been struggling with a pelvis injury.
A club statement read: "We can confirm that Oliver Skipp has undergone surgery in America this morning (Tuesday 26 April) to repair a pubis injury and will be out for the remainder of the season.
"The Academy graduate, 21, will now undergo a period of recovery and is expected to return to training for the pre-season period."
Antonio Conte's Spurs are currently in fifth, two points behind rivals Arsenal, after being held to a goalless draw by Brentford last weekend.
