Tottenham are closing in on the signing of Pedro Porro from Sporting CP.
The right wing back is the club's top January target for manager Antonio Conte.
Porro has been the subject of month-long talks between the two clubs.
However, Spurs are set to pay his release clause, albeit through several installments.
Per the Evening Standard, Spurs will pay a total of €45 million for Porro over the coming years.
He is likely to play his last game for Sporting in the Portuguese League Cup final against Porto, before he then signs for Spurs.
