Tottenham football chief Fabio Paratici is in Italy this week for transfer talks.

TMW says the former Juventus director has begun formal negotiations with AC Milan over a loan deal for Japhet Tanganga. The deal could include a permanent option.

Spurs winger Bryan Gil can also be loaned out.

Paratici has scheduled a meeting with Sampdoria to discuss a transfer regarding the Spaniard.

Meanwhile, he also plans to meet with Roma counterpart Tiago Pinto about bringing Nicolo Zaniolo to London.
