Tottenham chief Fabio Paratici has confirmed Arnaut Danjuma's loan deal carries a permanent option.

Danjuma signed for Spurs this week on-loan to the end of the season.

Paratici said, "We have the option to buy and will see what happens in the next five months.

“I think Danjuma will be very important, he can help us.

"He's a player who's been on the verge of moving to a big club in every transfer window for two or three years."
