Tottenham star Harry Kane has been ruled out of action until April with a hamstring injury.
The 26-year-old suffered the injury during Spurs' loss to Southampton on New Year's Day.
He will return two months before Euro 2020 commences.
"Following ongoing assessment by our medical staff over the past week, we can confirm that Harry Kane will undergo surgery to repair a ruptured tendon in his left hamstring," a Spurs statement said.
