Tottenham captain Hugo Lloris says they must not dwell on their Champions League final defeat to Liverpool.

The France goalkeeper was foiled in his bid to win a World Cup and Champions League double in consecutive seasons.

And he admitted: "You can imagine what our dressing room is like, particularly with the way the game went.

"To be 1-0 down before the game properly started was difficult. We tried hard to come back but couldn't create enough chances.

"But we shouldn't forget what we've achieved this season, how we got to this stage.

"It's too early to speak about next season but we have to learn lessons."
