Tottenham captain Hugo Lloris says their team spirit saw them defeat Leicester City on Sunday.

The France goalkeeper was outstanding for the 3-1 win.

Lloris said, "We didn't have a great performance but in terms of spirit it's fantastic because that has helped us in this difficult period to keep getting three points."

Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino also remarked: "I'm so happy because we knew it was going to be a tough game. Leicester play well away from home – they beat Chelsea, beat Manchester City, drew against Liverpool and those performances were fantastic. In the end we won with a massive effort and some luck, but, to be honest, I thought we deserved it. We conceded some chances, but deserved it."
