Tottenham captain Hugo Lloris is delighted with the spirit inside the squad ahead of the Premier League restart.
The players are now preparing for a return to action and Manchester United at home on Friday week.
Lloris told the club's website: “Personally, I just tried to find the best way to escape a bit, to spend time with my family, but at the same time you have to maintain a certain level of fitness and condition and for that, the coaching staff provided us the best that they could. We never really stopped working and I think as a team, we all feel good and we're ready to be back again.
“The key is solidarity and it has to come from everyone in the club, everyone in football. I think that the team is a very good team with a very good spirit, and we are ready to move on all together and to follow the lead of the manager.
“There are nine games to go and we are looking forward to being back in the competition and to reduce the gap and to finish in the highest place."
