Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp believes it's getting tougher for young managers to make it in England.
Redknapp said: "It's getting harder for young managers to make an impression. A lot of chairmen are so impatient, they want success yesterday.
"Your first big appointment is the one that you get judged on. If you go into a job with a chance of achieving something as a young manager and do well, then you're up and running.
"But if it all goes wrong and you don't crack that first job... you're finished."
