Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp expects all three promoted clubs to hold their own in the Premiership next season.
"They are all big clubs with great traditions and they will all be determined to stay up," Redknapp told the Spurs website.
"I would never write them off. I remember coming up with Portsmouth and everyone thought we would go straight back down but Pompey are now established in the Premier League.
"They've all got clever managers who know what they are doing and Birmingham are clearly going to have a go - they've just paid a lot of money for Christian Benitez from Ecuador, who is a good player."
Tottenham were pushed all the way by Burnley in the semi-finals of the Carling Cup after the Clarets took the scalps of Fulham, Arsenal and Chelsea in the competition.
"They are a good footballing team but it's not just about their style, it's about having good players as well," added Harry. "Burnley look a close-knit unit, they believe in what they are doing and Owen Coyle has done a great job there."
