Tottenham boss Redknapp: 37 points will keep you up

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp believes just 37 points could be enough to stay in the Premier League.

Reflecting on West Brom's situation ahead of yesterday's 1-0 win, Redknapp wrote in his match programme notes: "Thirty-seven points might be enough to keep them up, it is not impossible. That means winning three of their last four games so they will be looking to win an away game and take maximum points from their remaining two home matches.

"You have to stay positive in these situations and they are a decent team, make no mistake about that. They are a good side that play some great football.

"I remember watching them at Everton in February. They should have won that day because they were terrific. They were also on top against Manchester City a fortnight ago and were unlucky to lose after leading 2-1.

"Nevertheless, Tony and his team enjoyed a great result at the weekend against Sunderland and we have to be wary of their necessity to build on that this afternoon."
