Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino says Barcelona are Champions League favourites.

Barcelona beat Lyon 5-1 at the Nou Camp last Wednesday night to book their place in the last eight, where they will face Manchester United over two legs.

"Barcelona is the favorite to win the Champions League," Pochettino told Mundo Deportivo at the launch of the 2019 MICFootball youth tournament.

"Barça has excellent players, extraordinary players and then has a genius."

Pochettino added: "It's different, he does things that nobody expects and continues to surprise.

"What surprises [me] is his regularity, his consistency. He does it in every game, every three or four days, during the last 11 or 12 years, which he leads in the first team."
