Tottenham boss Nuno losing locker room as Levy holds crisis talks

Tottenham boss Nuno is losing the confidence of his players.

The Mirror says Spurs have been rocked by the ferocious fan backlash towards Nuno in the wake of Saturday night's 3-0 home surrender to Manchester United.

There are major concerns among the Tottenham hierarchy, including chairman Daniel Levy, and discussions are ongoing over what to do next.

Harry Kane's relationship with Nuno is lukewarm while a number of Tottenham's players do not believe in the former Wolves boss's tactics.

England midfielder Harry Winks has been left out in the cold for speaking out while Dele Alli is also out of favour again.

Meanwhile, midfielder Tanguy Ndombele is also unhappy at not being picked to start Saturday's match.

The post-match comments from Denmark midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg were particularly damning and hinted at the concerns from within the dressing room.

Hojbjerg said: “To show up like this, it's unacceptable. At home there should be fireworks and determination. It wasn't there. I had better not say too much."
