Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho has warned Serge Aurier about his social media use.

Mourinho issued a stern warning to Aurier after joining the club, says Foot Mercato.

The Portuguese was keen to discipline his full-back upon arrival, something that is being reflected in his impressive performances.

Mourinho was keen to tell Aurier that he will not be taken for a fool.

The former Chelsea boss is said to have told Aurier he can become one of the best defenders in the Premier League if he puts his mind into it.

Mourinho then allegedly told Aurier: “I'm not laughing.

“If you think you can make fun of me on social media like you could have done with your former trainer, you are wrong."
