Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho admits Premier League managers are unhappy with the busy Christmas schedule.
Mourinho shared his feelings with Hein Vanhaezebrouck while at a UEFA conference, and the former Anderlecht and Genk coach has written about the conversation in newspaper Het Nieuwsblad.
"It was during our chat that Christmas football was discussed,' Vanhaezebrouck wrote.
Playing just once over the holiday period, as they do in Belgium, was "not so bad", Vanhaezebrouck said.
Mourinho replied: "Ssssh. We managers in England, we are all against that. But we are silenced because it pays. We must accept that and remain silent."
