Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho says Giovani Lo Celso has been playing through the pain barrier.
Lo Celso has started every match since the restart, despite his manager previously describing him as a “victim" of the lockdown after he was unable to get daily treatment on a persistent groin problem during the enforced break.
Asked if Lo Celso is still suffering, Mourinho told the London Evening Standard: “A little, yes.
"We are waiting for the end of the season, then with the three weeks more or less of holiday, and probably a month of pre-season, we think it'll be enough time to take care of his problem."
