Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho was tetchy in today's presser ahead of tomorrow night's clash with Everton.

The north Londoners have won one of their last three top flight games, having dropped points against Newcastle before suffering defeat to Manchester United last weekend. In fact, Spurs have dropped 18 points from winning positions this season.

"I know why it happened, I know also that you can look at it in a different perspective - a team that starts matches well, starts winning, and that means something positive," said Mourinho.

"That you like to forget. The positive aspect is that but when you are in winning position and lose points, there are also negative things side by side to it."

When pushed on why his side are dropping points, Mourinho responded: "That's not what I'm ready to discuss with you. (When?) Maybe never."
